VixuAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how VixuAI collects, uses, and handles information when you use our app.


Information We Collect

Personal Information

We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or any personally identifiable information.

Chat Content

VixuAI analyzes the visible text on your chat screen in real time in order to generate smart reply suggestions or improve your typed drafts. We do not store, record, or sell your messages.

AccessibilityService Data

When you enable Accessibility permission, VixuAI collects the following data in real time:

  • Chat text visible on your screen during conversations.

  • Text typed into the chat input field before sending.

  • Interface labels related to chat input fields and buttons.

  • The name of the messaging application being used.

  • The contact name of the person you are chatting with.

This information is collected only to generate context-aware smart reply suggestions, to insert the reply you select into the chat input field, and to enforce daily usage limits.

How this data is handled:

  • All chat text and interface labels are first processed locally on your device.

  • If you request AI-powered replies, only the relevant chat text is securely transmitted to Google Gemini (an AI service provided by Google) to generate reply suggestions.

  • Chat text and interface labels are never transmitted to VixuAI’s own servers.

  • VixuAI servers only receive a hashed, non-reversible device identifier to enforce daily usage limits. This identifier cannot be used to reconstruct personal information.

  • None of this data is stored permanently.

  • No data collected through Accessibility is shared with advertisers, trackers, or analytics providers.

Non-Personal Information

We may collect basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs. This information is used only to improve app performance and stability.


How We Use Information

  • To provide smart reply and draft improvement features.

  • To enable the floating chat icon and accessibility functionality.

  • To enforce daily usage limits fairly.

  • To improve app reliability and user experience.

No messages are ever auto-sent. You always remain in control of sending.


Permissions We Request

  • Overlay Permission – required to display the floating chat icon on top of other apps.

  • Accessibility Service Permission – required to read the visible text in chat windows, capture interface labels, and insert replies when you tap.

  • Notification Permission – used only for showing status updates and reminders if enabled.

These permissions are used only for app features and never for hidden tracking.


Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to anyone.

Limited data may be processed by trusted third-party services strictly to provide core features and stability. For example:

  • If you request AI replies, only the relevant chat text is securely sent to Google Gemini to generate suggestions.

  • Crash reporting tools may process non-personal technical data such as device type or crash logs.

No chat content or personal information is ever shared for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.


Data Security

  • All processing of chat content and interface labels happens in real time and is not stored.

  • Secure API connections are used when generating AI replies.

  • Chat text and labels are never transmitted to VixuAI’s servers.

  • Your messages remain private and under your control.


Your Control

  • You can disable the floating icon at any time.

  • You can revoke permissions at any time from your device settings.

  • Accessibility access is optional, and disabling it immediately stops all data collection.

  • Replies are always inserted for your review and never auto-sent.


Data Retention

VixuAI does not store or retain chat text, input content, contact names, or messaging app names. Data is only used at the time of generating replies and then discarded immediately. Only a hashed device identifier is temporarily processed for usage-limit enforcement.


Children’s Privacy

VixuAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided information, we will delete it promptly.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published within the app and on our Play Store listing, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
